A client asked me the other day if he should use one of the many online non-lawyer legal service providers to prepare his Last Will & Testament. My answer was and always will be...ABSOLUTELY NOT!

When it comes to estate planning, it's crucial to have a qualified attorney by your side rather than relying on online services. While these companies can provide generic and cost effective templates, they cannot fully capture the nuances of your family situation. Most importantly, often times the "legal documents" obtained through online services are by themselves not legally binding!
