In honor of Super Bowl Sunday, let’s talk football and the law!
Did you know the NFL aggressively protects the term “Super Bowl” and has even taken legal action against businesses using it in promotions? That’s why so many ads refer to it as “The Big Game” instead.
As for me? I might just take my chances!
